Hi ! Thanks for coming in and checking out my profile. I trust you will like reading my work. Being a writer means sharing a bit of one's self. I am very blessed to have enjoyed a diversified productive 40 plus year career path of conservative public service.
Now that I am retired, I have taken up the hobby of freelance writing and have been very fortunate to have had my work published in a wide variety of local and international publications, based on my areas of proficiency.
Throughout my career, I have concentrated on a strong proactive message, centering on a "down-to-earth" practical upbeat lifestyle. I feel strongly that in today’s hectic stressful environment, more than any other period of time, a firm positive attitude is badly needed in life as well as in practice, because the "peace that passes all understanding" (Philippians 4:7) is still freely available and continues to ring true.

A BIT OF PRAISE & WORSHIP
HISTORY
The contemporary "Praise And Worship" songs are a joint effort of mine and a friend based in London, UK. A few years ago, Carl Halling, an accomplished Christian artist and composer in London, emailed me after visiting " The Message" web page. Carl and I have been very good long distance email friends ever since.
When I found out about Carl's musical career, I ask him if he would record my first song entitled(I Worship You My Lord), which he did. Now, our collective music ministry continues to reach out through an accepted method of putting the lyrics and melody together, by way of long distance email. Carl will then fine tune and compose the songs with music.

A BIT OF SOUTHERN GOSPEL HISTORY
These entitled "Taste of Southern Gospel" CD songs were composed by my Salvation Army preacher Daddy. After Dad's death in 1999, we happened to find his cassette tapes, under the title "Songs With A Message" . I then transposed them to a CD, changing the title to "A Taste Of Southern Gospel".
